    Del Arbour sells good quality dresses for good prices, in my opinion (all though some might be a bit high). http://www.delarbour.com/Default.asp?Redirected=Y Also, Chloe Noel sells good quality items too. The crystals are the sparkley stuff on the dress that you sometimes (like in this case) have to put on by hand. If you do not by the crystal, then it will just be the plain dress. First: that dress is shown with NO CRYSTALS. If you ordered that dress with no crystals, it would look EXACTLY like the one in the picture. (My eyes may have made heart-shapes when I saw it! It's so beautiful! I don't think it needs crystals at all!) I think if you order crystals there may be a longer process involved because you'd have to tell them where you wanted the crystals. Discount Skatewear seems to be a legit store. I haven't ordered anything personally but I know some people who have and they seem to quite like it. I'm also a fan of their shipping prices. They seem to have a large range of stuff.
