Can I have some tips for a double axel?

  Mm well first off, do you use a fishing pole harness or a umm one attached to the ceiling (I dont know the name of it haha). If you have a fishing pole, ask your coach if you could maybe just keep it around your ribcage and not up around your shoulders. Like... ahh I'm bad at explaining. Like, put the buckle around your ribcage, but don't put yours arms through the arm holes. Your coach may not be up for that, but I'm guessing if you do it, you'll land it. Then loosen the buckle so it's barley closed (loose enough to come undone if you pull it apart). Then try the jump. The buckle will come undone when you jump and you will have landed the jump without "assistance". But, not to be negative, but you probably won't land it the first time (I didn't). That just proves it's all in the head. You can land it until you think you don't have any help. Haha i'm telling this to you all from my personal experience, btw. Also, for 3sal, make sure after you do the 3 turn, you turn alll the way around and are facing forward before you take off. That's where you'll get the extra 1/2 turn. Again, bad at explaining. So you are on the left leg after doing the right back 3-turn. You're going backwards and are going to jump. Before you jump, make sure you've turned around and are facing forward.
