It's sort of off-season at the moment, perhaps that's why they haven't gotten back to you quickly? Alternatively, the site information could be outdated. Have you tried phoning the ice rink, asking for the phone numbers that the local skating clubs have on file with them? At least over here, the ice rinks know what clubs practice at their rinks and who their contact persons and phone numbers are.
