    I have the paramount blade and love it. They are amazing. They do not need to be sharpened as often. They do have a larger toe pick then many blades. And it may take some getting used to. Just remember the most important part of the skate is the blade. You skate on the blade the boot is just there for comport. Good luck with your new skates.

You're going to get 100% forward ankle motion from the beginning. This amount of knee bend is what takes getting used to.

I own a Skate shop called SkateDogz in San Diego. My daughter has skated the Proflex boot for the last 2 yrs. She loves it . All her jumps have doubled in size landings are softer. She has been Skating for 2 yrs 5 months and is working on her double Lutz so that has to be saying something about the boots. She said she wont wear any other boot now.
