    Hi:) first of all figure skating is a great sport and it's really fun. Lessons price can vary, if you want group lessons (if you are not planning to be a serious skater) they'll be much cheaper than private ones. In order to improve your skating you could jump rope, have a flexibility routine (splits, spirals), if you can make some yoga, pilates or ballet, also you could buy a spinner, also here are some snkle-strenghtening exercises that will help: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/betteru49.htm And last, figure skating is more than practice than about talent, but some things that would make you learn faster could be flexibility, ankle strenght, good balance, jumping power and some others.

oh haha jk... sorry just playin around... ok well prices vary but mines cost like 200 dollars for 10 weeks of group lessons and to make u better i wood strretch and do flamingos and splits or touch ur toes....... :) !!! for begginers u shood also buy ur skates i prefer jacksons or riedell...hope this helps sorry if it doesnt!!.......:))cool
