What are some good places to stay at Sugar Mountain, NC?

Im planning a trip to Sugar Mountain to do some skiing in Feb. Any good places to stay while there? I want to be as close to the mountain as possible yet dont want to pay a fortune. ...show more

it depends on what u like to ride. beech is better for terrain park riding. it has good slope runs as well. sugar is a little bit higher elevation and is more open. it does have a terrain park but its not as good as beech. sugar also takes more care of their snow and slopes. so if ur into terrain parks i would say beech all the way. but for fun slopes go to sugar. I enjoyed both. but i do like sugar a bit better, but sugar cost about $4 more than beech.
