    Your Mom can not file a return for you. Doing so is fraud. If she did you need to file a 1040X amended tax return. That has to be mailed in. You need all W-2 and 1099s for that period and a wage and withholding statement for anything you earned in Korea. Pay stubs at least. You need a Form 1040 for last year. Turbo tax you can file online for 2012 up to Oct 15, 2013. No way you do it free with foreign income.
