  • I got some beats and I can't tell if they are working or not. And also how long do you have to listen to the beats to achieve the wanted brain state?

    Kind of, one time I listened to a binaural beat that's supposed to make you sleepy and it worked, my eyes got all watery and I was yawning and everything. But afterwards I wasn't so sleepy anymore.
