yes, telekinesis is not moving things (teleportation), but rather getting information from holding an object. You can practice by getting together with some family members or friends and have everyone put an object you have not seen before in a basket (or they could put in something ordinary such as a pen or pencil they use a lot). Then you can pick up each one and try to feel (not guess) which one seems to have the same energy as one of your friends or family members. It is a fun game, if nothing else!
