Is thee an easy way to learn telekinesis?

Is there an easy way to learn telekinesis or teleportation?

    Certainly not easy, if even possible. I would say teleportation and telekinesis is not possible in this dimension. Learn meditation, and broaden your understanding of the universe in which you exist. Don't expect fast results, and don't try anything you feel is unreachable because it surely will be. Consider some things that don't require physical movement use the mind. i.e. visiting someplace in the mind. Basically you are asking to become psychic which is usually a lost cause unless you gain the ability naturally. The power of the mind is great.

I suggest you look into Kundalin yoga. It has alot to with conditioning yourself to receiving powers like this. I remember reading a book about it and some people are able to generate a love so powerful they can melt snow fields and walk on water. I believe in these powers but I also believe you need to focus on the spiritual development and not just the power. Otherwise progress will go no where.

No there is not, humans have not been able to achieve either of those feats so, therefore, it is not something that can be learned.

I am afraid there are not many things you can learn easily, especially if they are not meant to be learnt by human. That said, you can always try and practice. They have a saying "practice make perfect" just for this reason. For telekinesis, you would best practice in an outdoor area , preferably in a park with lots of trees. Try to pluck one of the leaves off the tree. For teleportation, I would suggest diving off a cliff into the ocean below and try to avoid the rock ledges. Hope this helps
