Does running 4 miles a day on a treadmill lose belly fat fast? How about leg fat?

First of all, spot reduction is a propagated myth. So you will either lose fat all over or none at all. If your diet is good, this will help you lose a lot of fat. If not, you won't lose any fat. Just eat healthy foods at a calorie level that is slightly less than what is required to maintain your current weight. The USDA has guidelines based on age, sex and level of activity. If you are very muscular, like a body builder, then you would have to take that into account as well, because muscle burns more calories than fat. Don't try any "miracle" diets - they're all scams and bs.
