  • Answer:

shin splints. its all related to ankle, legs, and shin bone they start to hurt not at the beginning, but gradually develop at the end and hurts/strains at the end. confirm with a podiatrist/physio shin splints is really problematic you should not aggravate it more otherwise you may have to stop for quite a long time also, try running on grass (softer) instead of treadmill.

1. Stretch. 2. It could be a stress-fracture, which can very well happen when you run frequently. 3. Shoes. Stand up and pay attention to your ankle, if it rolls in it's over-pronation/ an inversion, opposite goes if your foot starts to roll to the outside. You could have the wrong shoes that aren't supporting the ankle. Try taping it too, but watch a youtube video on how to do it properly.

It could be many things: - not warming up enough before u start your workout - maybe you are putting too much weight on your legs - if you are a heavy person, maybe your leg cannot handle that speed and distance - you might not be wearing the right shoes (running shoes or cross training with flexible and thick enough sole) - or your body might be worn out if you have been exercising a lot

If it's a very sharp pain in the front of your shin bone, it's probably shin splints. Take a look at your running form, and also your running shoes. If they're old (more than a year - 2 or 3 years depending on how much you run) they're probably worn out, and you may want to invest in a new pair. As far as your ankle, it could be your shoes, or it could be the way you run. Asking someone you know that knows a lot about running to take a look at your running form to see if you're doing anything wrong could help.

You probably didn't stretch properly before and after you ran.
