A good place to get referrals , specially designed for getting referrals , is GetRef. You earn credits by clicking links and viewing websites , and give the credits you earned to people that sign up under you in your program (in your case , CashCrate). You give them the credits after they sign up through your referral link and after you watch their activity for a maximum of 70 hours. You can add a description of what you want them to do in order to get the credits from you , and if they don't , you can decline their request (within 70 hours from their request) and keep your credits and give them to someone else.
