When i get nervous or hot my face turns red. why is this?

Thats what happens when you get nervous

i think its a hormon tht is relsed into your blood when your heart beats fast and turns your face red but im not sure

It's called blushing. Here is something I read in Glamour: Blushing is when blood rushes to your face to cool you down. To prevent this, say, hold a cold drink. This helps to cool your body down. Also, you can actually try to blush. It's impossible and you might actually be able to prevent it! Hope this helps! =)

mine does too! its when blood rushes to your head. no idea why! its silly. nervousness, heat and all sorts of things can trigger it. there is not much to cover it up unless you pack on a mask.. it shines through makeup. but no worries, 70% of people think blushing is cute! xx

excited, rush of blood... Wish that didn't happen to me. big breaths and stay calm? I don't know. I hardly spend time getting nervous in front of a mirror to find out :P but I know it happens some times...

its because ur nervous system senses this and the pigment in ur skin changes fo some reason

nope, nothing you can do. it's called flushing. it happens all the time to me! use green makeup, it covers the red.

That's normal, if your nervous around people that happens or if you are just hot. That happens to me to, I always get nervous around a lot of people...lol
