    Pain is subjective and experienced differently from person to person but lip piercings generally are reasonably painful. Probably around a 6. You need to also factor in the other pain, the healing. Mouth piercings are among the hardest to heal because your mouth is full of bacteria and germs and constantly being moved. It will take quite some time to heal and will be sore for quite a while. Please if you go ahead with this pierce with a labret bar and not a ring because a ring will not heal properly initially. A bar will heal far better even if it is not the final aesthetic you are going for.

1- 10 ... 6 (for the couple days of soreness) It doesn't hurt when they actually pierce it, but after its done theres a lot of soreness. I've done it and i've gotten through it. So it really isn't as painful as it looks. An no way compared to the pain you would get if someone shot you in the foot. lol

I don't have Snake Bites, but I do have a Monroe and that was like a 1 for me. But then again everyone has different pain tolerances.
