I know how you feel. Boil hot water and put a towel over your head. the steam and hot water will open up your pores. don't squeeze them, exfoliate with neutrogena blackhead exfoliating pads. rinse off with luke warm water and pat dry. before your pores close slap on some moisturising cream. Thats what i do and you can see it work right after you've done it. do this every day.

This is a face mask recipe that I have used when my skin breaks out as it contains strawberries with have salicylic acid which is what helps fight acne! - 1/4 cup strawberries - 1/4 sour cream or plain yoghurt mash them all together until it's smooth and put on your face. i'd leave it on for about 15 minutes then wash it off Good luck!!

I steam my face and extract them by pinching them and if they won't come out I will use either a sterlized needle or an extractor pick thingie (I bought it at Sephora) and then squeeze it out. Then once I get the guk out I put pimple gel on it (I use proactiv) Make sure your hands are clean before doing this and do not attack them all at once or the day before you have anything important to do.
