Am I allergic to wasp stings?

What causes one to be allergic to wasp or bee stings?

    when a bee stings their venom is injected locally to your foot etc., your body immediately releases histamine and Adrenalin, all in an attempt to combat the venom, the swelling is local inflammation caused by histamine attacking toxin. the more stings you have in a life, the more histamine you build up, to the point that people say you allergic because you histamine is released every where, causing the throat swelling tongue swelling etc. PS use a credit card to remove the sting just slide perpendicular to the skin over sting, it will not allow my venom in.

i'm allergic to bees myself and its your bodys reaction to the poison they have put in your body.everyone has different sensitivities and it can change from what type of bee stings you as well.
