Whats a good way to get rid of blackheads?

  • I was proactiv now, and it works on my skin but it doesn't really seem to do anything for the blackheads on the sides of my nose. any suggestions?

the only way to get rid of black heads is to get a black head remover, this can be painful however.. wash, cleanse moisterise your skin. then in a bowl very hot boiling water, inhale the steam, ensure you cover your entire head with a towel...this will open all your pores..will a black head remover scrape the black heads off your nose, chin or where ever they are..this is painful, but its the only way to truly remove these nasties. Hope this helps. ps..I am a beautician.

i have nose strips but they dont work very well...i know how u feel..i hate blackheads and how is she racist blackheads are nasty and there not actually black heads..there clogged pores

just wash your face very well 1-2 times a day with a good non drying soap. it will help so much. good luck!

I've heard that if you put toothpaste on them at night, by morning they will be dried up.
