Do Monroe piercings leave big scars? Does anyone have pictures of the scars.?

i had my monroe pierced, & i dont have a visable scar unless you look reallly close you can see a little hole. but other then that its nothing big i have a bigger scar on my nose from when i used to have my nose pierced then a monroe scar. i suggest you get a monroe ;) its nice

I would say go with a nose piercing cause when you get older yeah you could take either out but if you didnt want to a nose piercing looks alright on some older people. And i have mine done and i didn't feel a thing when i got mine pierced.

I would opt for the nostril piercing as the monroe is through thicker tissue and is more likely to scar. I have had my nostril pierced for three years and am glad I did it. Just clean it twice a day,d o not touch it in between and always use clean hands. I also have a rook piercing and it hurst worse.

It depends on the size you get it pierced at. I mean I think the usual size is a 16g which isn't a lot bigger than a normal earring hole.

I had my lip pierced for a little under a year, and I still have a scar. It is right under my lip so its easily hidden, but it does look like there was something there. I also had a friend who recently took out her monroe and has a VERY noticeable scar. If you take out a piercing its always best to use a product like scarfade, just to help it out a little bit and fade your scar. I had a nose ring as well but you cant tell at ALL theres a scar there. also the nose ring doesnt really hurt much. its maybe a 4 on the pain scale it just makes your eyes water for a minute. the following days however, any piercing will be sore.

NONONONONO :] They dont leave scars. My friend did mine, I had it for about a week. I took it out and let it go away and you cant tell i ever had it what so ever. I also had my nose done by my friend. they both hurt. but once its over with all the pains gone. its if YOU can get threw it. If you go get it done professionally (wich i reccomend) they will probally use a gun wich will be less painful. Monroe has ot be used with a needle. Theys ay the clamps are more painful then the needle going threw.

I had my nose pierced and the man actually used an ear gun. My eyes did water for a bit and it seemed like i was crying. But 2bh it does not really hurt that much.

Do not do that, it is augly, to be nature is the most beautiful.

no they dont kuz i use to have my bottom lip pierced and it just left a little circle scar that you cant even tell so dont even trip haha ama get mine pierced again tomorow :D OH AND FROM PAIN ITS LIKE A 3 OR 2 doesnt hurt oh and again the nose hurts way more if you do with needle!! i did mine a year ago with the machine thingy still hurt a little doe
