I can assure you creams don't do much and even when they do as soon as you stop using them everything you had comes back. The best way to get rid of it is to exercise regularly and DRINK A LOT of water. Something you can try to help you are pineapple capsules. You can take one two times a day and that helps dry your body and therefore get rid of the cellulite. That's what Ive been doing and it worked like a charm!

most creams dont work... first watch the bad carbs IE:soda work out eat right the above will prevent more from collecting. to get rid of the existing: talk to a doctor or a pharmasist about a toxin removinng mask or cream for cellulite(u have to remove the toxins before you ca remove the exess fat cells) the work it off.... remember... you wont see dramatic effects right away... but with timeyou will see the differece . its worth it
