i want to remove my neck tat's,can plastic surgery remove my tat's in 1 treatment.izzit cost alot and got any side affect.please help me.

The best option is Q-Switched Laser, but also depends on the color(s) of the tattoo. 1064 nm lasers work better for black, brown, grey or dark blue ink, 532nm for red, yellow and orange, and 755nm for green. I would not recommend IPL, radiofrequency, dermabrasion or peels, they are far away less effective and you could have an increased risk of scarring. Another option and if not that big, would be to surgically remove the skin. The cost depends on the size and number of sessions. The number of sessions can be calculated using the Kirby scale by your dermatologist.
