How to get on a tattoo magazine?

Would a tattoo artist think this is rude?

  No no it isnt rude at all to listen to your ipod, and don't feel uncomfortable when you go in there. Tatoo artists are so down to earth they will joke with you and laugh with you, don't feel stressed. Some tatoo artists love to talk to people ask them about their day, they love learning about other people, and love when people share stories, so don't be afraid to talk to them either. But you can of coarse listen to your Ipod especially if the tatoo takes a few hours, like someone else said it lets the artist concentrate. But don't worry, you will see when you get there that maybe talking makes the time go by faster, and eases the stress of getting the tatoo. I laughed my butt off with the guy that did mine, it was a great experience.
