How bad does this hurt on a scale of 1-10 (tattoo question)?

my friend has a tattoo on her foot and she said it hurt like hell. but i say this you have 2 babies, cant nothin be worse then giving worth lol

What a cute Idea I have my right foot tattooed. The whole top of it is done. It was a different kind of hurt than the one on by back over my spine. It burned and felt like needle on bone. It hurt really bad on the top of my arch(nerve patch) and on the outside part of my foot. It actually tickled when the shading was being done toward the bottom of my foot in the arch . It also hurt superbad when it got close to my big toe bacause it felt like they were in my toenail, even though they were about two inches above it. I say do it. It will be over with before you know it. My foot swelled up pretty big. It was fully covered though. I had to get a note from the artist to wear a pair of slippers to work the next day. I didn't think of that one : ] My socks were being stained like my tattoo for a couple of weeks until it finally healed all the way. It never hurt but it was so wierd. Good luck.

I have a tattoo on my back. But it's my lower back which is a sensitive spot. It's pretty big and it was painful but well worth it. I love it. Just a thought...why don't you get your newborn sons footprint on one foot and your 13 month old's on the other ( just bring in their footprints from the hospital and they trace them )

I have had both of my feet tattooed and I would say it doesn't hurt bad at all. There are spots that hurt worse such as closer to your toes and closer to the bottom of your feet (for me at least), but even then it wasn't too bad. Don't go in worried about the pain; tattoos hurt no matter what. Just go in thinking about how much you will love it after it is done. The pain is only temporary.

If you can handle birth you can handle a tattoo. Im 17 and i got my tattoo on my ribs friday, every tattoo hurts even if its a little. But mine barely hurt, if i can handle it, and you cna handle birth, trsut me you got this! Good Luck!!!

why don't you get a AA symbol on one foot but design it so its pretty and swirly or something so you don't have to have 2 its be smaller and not hurt so much, i have one going from my ankle to foot and ankle was def worse but all tattoos hurt, if u want a tattoo u just have to cope with the pain, i say foot tattoo bout a 6 or 7, i do think go 4 it but i personaly think kids names can look chavvy if not done in a nice way, thats why i recommend a design of aa. x good luck x

sweetie if you just gave birth to that beautiful baby, A tattoo on your foot will be nothing im the biggest baby in the world and it was nothing. it'll be uncomfortable but after you leave you'll be so excited you got it. Good luck

I can't tell how much it'll hurt, but most tattoos are painful. I'd guess like about a 6 or so. I think if you get it done, just do the first names of your sons (Alexander, Aaron).

I have one on my foot, its pretty little, id say about a 5.
