Are there any products to get rid of ingrown hair and what causes them?

Ingrown hairs are occur when the hair which has most likely been previously removed buy some method (shaving, waxing, tweezing, etc) does not pass completly thru the skin and is trapped.. this can lead to infections (can sometimes look like a zit) and discomfort... the best way to prevent them is to exfoliate the area after hair removal so that no dead skin would get in the way of the hair growing back products such as TendSkin work in that way so mildly exfoliate the skin to get rid of any irritation

Usually places that do waxing (salons etc) will sell products like 'Ingrown Go'. It generally happens after waxing, I think its caused by the end of the hair being too fine (unlike in shaving where its blunt and coarse) to push its way out, it gets trapped beneath the surface. Exfoiliating helps.
