How are you going to celebrate Diwali when millions of u are hungry?

who said you that they are not celebrating diwali? they will also celebrate festivals in their own ways.

WHO SAID MILLIONS OF US ARE HUNGARY,THIS IS A WRONG MYTH,WHICH EUROPEANS ARE HAVING.BEGGARS ARE THERE ALSO,SIMILARLY WHO DOESN'T WANT TO WORK,BECOMES A BEGGAR IN INDIA.WHO CARES FOR THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO WORK.THE WORLD IS LIKE THIS ,HOW DO YOU CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS WHEN MILLIONS OF BEGGARS ARE THERE IN EUROPE.

We should never even laugh if we think like that...

i cant...thats why i have been giving away money on diwali for charity...at first it was the money i got for crackers..now its a good portion of my salary..i guess i help spread joy better this way..

Every drop of water that falls on the earth contributes to the amount of water in the ocean on some level. And if this is true then it is also true that every small act or deed of kindness towards the poor, needy and down-trodden multiplies. You can make Diwali extra special by doing something nice for your neighbour or the elderly. Offer to do some chores for them or do a random act of kindness and tell no one and then watch for the ripple-effect. It will amaze you. Happy Diwali.

contrbute what ever way we can do to the needy people, out of what we have, and also celebrate the festival. both are different subject, it can not be mixed up, but it can be shared.

Any celebration is a community effort, where sharing of happiness occurs within its means. Its true that in India economic disparity is prevalent and many people have only half meal a day. But it is the right of all the people in the country, in whichever economic strata he/she belongs, to enjoy or celebrate in its own way. Diwali gives only a chance for these downtrodden people to forget their pains for a day and prays to god for better days in times to come.

Food alone is not everything for people.Even a hungry man need enjoyment. Celebration of any festival keeps them cherful too. Enjoy and make others to enjoy. This will keep the good health of society. Not enjoying the festival is the theory of pessimisum. There is always a tomorrow and you should be optimistic about tomorrow.
