I haven't paid tax and I'm "supposed" to be self employed, what do i do?

    An employer can't just say you are self employed - it depends on the nature of the job. If you are working at an employers premises on their hours under their direction, then you are propbably an employee. You need to ask this employer for a copy of the HMRC ruling whic states you ares elf employed. If they can't produce this, then dont touch then - they are trying toevade their responsibilities.
