    Office Live. It's free website hosting and they have different design templates you can use. Most of them suck but it's free! And you can customize it yourself if you want. You have to buy your domain, though, if you want. Otherwise, you will have a second level domain. It'll look something like this: yourwebsite.web.officelive.com. You can also purchase your domain from office live, but's it's like 15 bucks. You can get one cheaper at like godaddy.com
