Great answers above! I am looking for the same info. I would be glad to exchange links. I have a family-friendly site. You can contact me, I am totally legit, just trying to exchange more links without paying an arm and a leg for some other site to hook me up with totally random sites. Before link buidling you need to make sure that your site is complete from the user point of view and all you need to do is to drive traffic.
