Check the e-mail and see if there is an ip address. If so then there are several free ip trackers in your search engine. If you can't get their IP address find gmail's complaint site and turn in the name. I had that same thing happen to me from a yahoo person. I don't think that yahoo person can ever get internet access from that residential address again.
