Who do I go to when I have technical problems with my page?

Yahoo freezes when i go to Finance page tab. No problems on other tabs. Help !?

    Thanks Brian. I tried your suggestion of changing the compatibility button from blue to gray and the finance page worked correctly. Unbelievable that it is almost impossible to contact Yahoo to raise an issue with their product or it takes 3+ days for them to solve this issue. Your solution could save them time and put them on the path for system correction. Alas you cannot connect with YAHOO. Thanks again for the help and solution.

I have noticed this for the last few days also. I was using IE9 and cleared cache to make sure that wasn't part of the problem. It did not help. I was able to resolve today. In the address bar of IE9 there are 3 symbols on the right-hand side. The middle one controls the compatibility view. I clicked that (it went from color to gray) and the problems went away for me. Based on some things I saw, it may have been a problem with one of the E-trade adds that is running. But Yahoo should have been able to diagnose this in a few days and get it fixed!!
