  Before you start asking about where in Canada is the best place to raise a family, you need to understand a few things: 1. Canada is a different country and has its own immigration laws. That means you need to see if you even qualify to apply to immigrate. 2. Unless you have an advanced degree in a profession that is in demand, a skilled trade plus work experience then the chances of you qualifying to immigrate are very low. Canada does not accept unskilled foreigners for what few jobs there may be. Canada has hundreds of thousands of unemployed Canadians as it is and so they will be offered a job long before you will. 3. There is an enormous backlog of applications from other foreigners who also want to live in Canada. Even if you qualified today, you would still be looking at a good year or more of a wait. Applying to immigrate to a different country isn't like applying for summer camp or a library card. Please look through the government website. It describes the one and only legal way to immigrate. Don't go for any "consultants". They will only take your money, make all kinds of promises and they cannot speed up the process.
