Why do I have sharp pain in the middle of upper back?

When I breathe I have a sharp stabbing pain on the left side middle of my back?

It's probably muscle spasms. Take an advil as see if it gets any better. If it is spasms, it helps to lie flat on the ground, on your back with your arms spread and your knees pulled to your chest. it'll help work the spasms out.

it could be gas or so it's best to call your doctor or go to the hospital if it keeps happening don't want anything else to go wrong or worse
