I haven't taken this test, however, I can relate. I agree that if you felt that this test would be difficult, you should have studied earlier. The best thing that you could do is also the hardest. RELAX. Meditation and relaxation. Stress can make things a lot worse. This nervousness is putting all of these worries in your head. If you don't relax, your work will show it. Do not stress over relaxing either. Simply take a few breaths - in the nose and slowly out of the mouth. Relax your body, muscles and all. Make a routine study habit. Flashcard might also work. Working with someone could be effective. Stay focused on your test but also relax. When tough situations come along, you will find it easier to relax and do what you can than to stress. Stress could cause you to forget what you already know. This is the most I can offer you. I hope this helps and good luck on the test.

First don't panic you are overwhelming yourself. Second find a goos source for practice questions and sit down and devote a little time everyday to practice these questions The key is getting your brain fluent in the way the questions are asked. This is the most important thing! Third remember it may seem urgent but unless you won't be around you can do it again. You have to allow yourself to realize that it may be a while to take it again but unless the world ends you can keep going. The point is once you accept these possibilities you will relax and be able to focus better. When I have taken testing and had this attitude I always do better.
