This may suprise you but take breaks often. Snack on Fruit and drink lots of water. Try and make it fun. Re-write your note and make sure you get sleep. When trying to remember things, link them to something like things in your bedroom, then you will remember. Just before the exam starts, don't breath in to much air or you will hyperventalate. Breathing out calms you down. Smile at the paper and think to yourself,' you're not going to make me nervous.' Depending on the subjct they're will bw different websites.

I'm in virtually the same boat as you heres what I do: To stop stress, take a few deep breaths, and remember how much you know, not what you don't know. Try http://www.bbc.co.uk/schools/revision/ for revision, I find it really helpful. To remember everything try testing yourself before the exam, this will make everything you need to know fresh in your mind. Good Luck.
