How can i discipline myself to study for the ACT?

  for disciplining yourself, this is what I do, is like say to yourself: "Study this for ___ minutes or until I understand it then reward myself with ____" like its tough to have that self-discipline but you also MUST remember "this will be allll worth it and if i just give up or not discipline myself enough, and get a bad grade, it will be all my fault all because i didnt study the right amount of time" hopefully you know what i mean, but you really have to commit to do this and also sometimes put in extra hours and time away from tv, friends, facebook/myspace, etc. hopefully i helped!!
