Does Duke really like to take homeschoolers better then public schoolers?

I found Duke named on a list of colleges which accept homeschoolers, they had a 'homeschool friendly' rating of six stars out of seven and have their own dedicated page for homeschoolers wishing to apply: [quote]Homeschooled students are encouraged to apply for admission and are eligible for all scholarships offered at Duke........The number of homeschooled students applying to Duke has steadily increased over the last several years..........For the past several years, homeschooled students have been admitted to Duke at a rate equal to or higher than that for the entire applicant pool.
