Answer:
You can save the picture onto your computer first. Then go to your 360 to change theme and click on customize theme. There will be a box that says browse that you click on then it brings up your pictures and then click on it.After that right below there are options for how you want your picture to show up and you would probably want bottom center.

Create a custom background in Microsoft Paint (on most computers under accessories) or Adobe Photoshop (or any other photo editor). Photoshop is best because you can create layers and it makes it easier to overlap and position. But you can do it in Paint, too. Just open one main background picture that you want on the page (1064 pixels wide by 1200 to 2000 pixels high). Upload it to your 360 via these instructions: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnI78mUSIchelNePuU0ItNDty6IX?qid=20070607202844AAZ4Z0S&show=7#profile-info-nv95KL0kaa . You'll have to trial and error this to get it exactly the way you want it. Then open the other pictures and size them smaller - as if you are going to line them up at the bottom of the image. So if there are 1064 pixels and you have 5 images that you want at the bottom, then each image can't be more than 212 pixels wide if you want them to line up evenly. It might not be possible to get the images to have even dimensions, but you get the idea. Click the rectangle tool on the left and click a corner (tool turns into a double-sided arrow) and move to the opposite corner to re-size. After sizing an image smaller, then go to the Edit menu and select "Select All", then "Copy." Open the main image, then paste the small image onto the main image. Then, click the middle of the picture and hold it to move the image to the bottom of the main image. Then, save it. NOTE: Once you position it and save the entire image, you can't undo it. (Save the main image as new file name each time - just in case you want to go back and start from a certain point). Do the above for each image. So, by the time you get to background image5, you'll have a background image that you can upload per the linked instructions above. You may have a better photo editing program that will make this easier though.
