How do you delete an avatar from your Yahoo account?

When a person deletes their yahoo account, do Questions and Answers remain?

If I were to completely delete my Yahoo account that is associated with Yahoo Answers, what happens with my Avatar, Handle and Questions?

To become more anonymous when deleting an account, you can change your user name to whatever you want, even a bunch of dots. The avatar goes back to what you are originally given when you first join... gray box with a smile in it. Your questions and answers are still out there as a courtesy of the proud owners called "Yahoo!". Your account doesn't actually get deleted until a certain amount of time has passed.
