Why are my email messages being blocked?

How can a blocked user still send me email messages?

  Yes the block includes not allowing someone to send you an email. In my opinion the blocking feature is symbolic only, because anybody with a bit of computer know how knows how to get around the Y!A blocks very easily. This of course is against community guidelines and if somebody who you have blocked then sends you an email he/she may be reported for violating the community guidelines. The other way is for the person to have an identical second profile, you can check if this is the original profile by clicking on the link with the person's name on. You will be able to tell by the statistics whether this is so. Again this is against community guidelines and your best redress is to report them. Even when I set my profile to private the person I did it to avoid still got access to my questions and answers. I downloaded a key encrypter which prevents keylogging and have not had any problems since.
