In a Porsche Carrera, at what speed does the fin come up?

It comes up when you hit warp speed .... Then you go back in time . No , but I'm pretty sure it's 75mph, You really don't need it below that as it effects drag without helping any performance. It slows you down below 75 mph and doesn't help stability .
