Why cant i send pictures to my email from my cell phone?

If it's Tracphone, or one of the lower-end phones, then you probably can't do it because the carrier has no data access, and that's integral to sending pictures or email over your mobile.

sometimes the phone has a certain row to put email addresses in. you can also try to save your email on a contact and try to send it like that..remember to pick the email and not the persons cell phone number.
