    Your problem is your connecting the new stereos wiring wrong the system requires a positive 12 volt constant feed and a positive 12 volt ignition switchable feed.If the stereo is constant resetting itself after shutting the car off then the stereo memory/clock circuit isn't getting the positive constant feed that it requires.
