What is the best quarter mile/0-60 I can shoot for in a 92 v6 firebird without an engine swap?

I know they're not speedy by any means, but with aftermarket upgrades and all, how much could it improve? Would it cost less just to swap in a v8 for the same improvement?

LMAO< You have a V-6 Firebird and your worried about 0-60 times. For the money you would spend on making a stock V-6 into a decent 0-60 time, you would've come out better dropping a V-8 in it, or you could buy one with a V-8 already in it.

you probabaly have less than a 93- a 3.4L v6, which is a small engine,160 hp, 0-60 9 seconds. a new 92-v8 engine would increase it to about 225 hp, 0-60 6.3 seconds a new technology 2010 camaro engine would be 300 hp for a V6 by the time you add a turbo charger and air intake you will not get close to what you can get with a new v8 engine.
