Do plants grow bigger when milk is added or water is added.?

    plants do not grow in milk because milk is a solution and therefore has different levels the clogs up the roots,such as fat and sugar.

I think they will grow faster in the water. Even if they are able to extract some sort of nutrient from the milk, the fungi and bacteria it attracts will cause more damage to the sensitive plant roots, eventually killing it.

The milk is turning sour. It's rotting, in your potting soil. If you're lucky you'll get healthy bacteria, that helps the plant. If you're unlucky, you won't. Look up nitrogen fixing bacteria. They're important bacteria naturally in soil that helps plants grow.
