  As Jacki says , this is not really the type of job that is advertised in the local papers or on the internet. It is not well paid and most of the people who work at these clubs do so more to sustain their lifestyles in Ibiza over the summer as opposed to it being a chosen career. As such the clubs can get away with paying a pittance in cash and without any form of a contract. If you are still set on coming and doing this kind of work then you will need to apply in person at ( or before ) the start of the season, but please do not come under the illusion that this will be a good way for you to earn some money over the holiday period.
