How to delete file that has invalid name?

How to delete if the file name is like this GÖDÅ²ΣD.┼M╦?

i can't delete this folder GÖDÅ²ΣD.┼M╦ and also i can't rename it please help me about it... please!!!!

Yah, look likes your computer has been shut down incorrectly or the power has been down suddendly. You can try checking the drive which contain that file by scan disk utility: Go to My Computer > Choose the drive that contain the file you want to delete > Right click and then Properties > Switch to Tools tab > Click check now... > You need to check the box labeled "Automatically fix file system errors" > Then check it If the solution above doesn't work, you can format that drive. WARNING, that will DESTROY all the data on that drive, so move to an safe location before doing that. Good luck
