You don't. PHP files are executable programs (which usually output webpages when you run them). They don't contain music data. You might be able to find where the songs are located and then extract them, but PHP and MP3 are not convertible.

PHP is a HyperText PreProcessor, not a audio codec. PHP is a server side scripting language used to process forms etc... on the web, what has PHP got to do with audio?
