    Thats tricky, think you've got a couple of problems. I used to work in Andorra in the summers and the only week that was a little bit quieter was the last week of August., saying that it is still peak season for flights leaving the U.k into Barcelona. You could try Toulose or Perpignan, which are both the same distance away. There is loads of public holidays for both the French and Spanish throughout July and August. If I were going back again I'd try for June or September.
