How can I get tan quickly in the sun?

How can i get a tan fast (from the sun)?

  • i dont want to fake tan, i mean from the sun. what are the best tips, how much time should i spend, and should i use sunscreen to get a tan?

    Put on carrott milk instead of sun cream, you can buy it where ever you buy your suncream. It still has factor 5, 10 or 15 or something like that so you're still protected from the sun but the carrott attracts the sun making you tan quicker. I was out in the sun in majorca with this on for about 2-3 hours and i tanned pretty well, be careful though and don't stay in the sun too long. Hope i helped ;D

Soak in the tub for 20 minutes with baby oil in the water,then exfoliate really good. As soon as you get out of the tub apply baby oil,then go outside and tan.It works for me very well !

Well, this is something you want to be careful about. before I recommend anything I would just like to say tanning causes a lot of problems including wrinkles and spots when your older. For that reason I recommend tanning LOTION. It has a small amount of sunscreen so you won't burn as much. Just get on you swim suit, put on some sunglasses, and lye in the sun for a while. be sure to flip over so your not half tan half pale (lol). I would say let this happen slowly so about ten minutes on each side a day. Its actually good to sit in the sun without sunscreen for a few minutes a day to get vitamin d.

well i wouldn normally stay in the sun for to long.. i did for a hole day once and i was so burnt it was awful.. then again it depends on the type of hair you have... ive black so i burn really bad. when you wear a strappy top and do work in the gardan you get tanned quicky.. black tops are good and water ..or a lake... but just remember dont stay out to long.. 2 hours or so is more than enough ...and make sure you drink alot of water....i aint to sure bout the sunscreen ... also it depends how strong the sun may be ...just be carefull
