This is a much better link. http://wikitravel.org/en/Palma_de_Mallorca I can recommend Abacco, Boveda, and Can Pedro at Genova, just outside of town. (Look them up on the web) There are lots of interesting small shops in Palma and the old centre of the city is interesting. Do not miss the weekly market. (Touristy but fun!) The island needs to be explored by car. Do the west coast LLuch up to the North. Valdemossa, The mountain at Randa, Arta and so on. Buy a good guide book.
